5.0He was great. Showed up exactly when he said he would. The festival we did wasn't very organized... They had us go to a few different RV hookup spots. He delivered, waited while the staff were figuring out where we go, did multiple turn arounds, and it was a pretty hot day. Got us a setup! Not sure it it was brand new, but sure felt like it. I wish the AC was more powerful, but it was also a very hot weekend where we were. Microwave, worked, great, fridge worked great. Basically was a brand new RV from what I could tell. All the appliances worked well. Would rent from him and this RV again in a heartbeat.
