Has queen size bed with Denver mattress in bedroom, and couch and dining area folds out into full size beds. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep up to 6. There is also two recliners. One slide out. Has 40 gallon fresh tank, 40 gallon Gray and Black tanks, and 20 gallon galley tank. 12,000 btu central ducted AC unit, and furnace.
