2018 Surveyor. It's a 30' bumper pull that is ready to go! It comes with everything you need, swing by the store, grab some food, hook up and GO! I have used this for my family of 5 numerous times and camped in all four season with it. I keep it ready to go so we can headout at anytime. No need to pack 5 boxes of extras. It's a great trailer for a family. With the kids bunk area they can hang out and crash back there and you can sit out under the stars or in the shade of the awning and Relax! The camper is simple to operate so if it's your first time, no worries!! So pick a spot on the map and start planning your trip!***If we are Dry Camping and need me to empty the septic it is an additional minimum $100 charge***

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I will work with you to make sure the pick-up and drop off times work for everyone. We area very busy family too so if you have a question please feel free to ask!
Q.Will the propane be topped off?
A.
Likely not, during the summer we don't refill the tanks between each trip unless we know they both are completely empty. Feel free to bring your own BBQ tank to swap in if you know its full and don't want to possibly have to refill a tank.
Q.Can we run the AC off an extension cord from our Mother-in-Laws house?
A.
No. The breaker on the house is likely not strong enough nor will the gauge of wire on the extension cord be enough to handle to load on it. It will melt and make for a very big mess. We know this because its happened.
Q.Can we use any type of TP or just RV Only type TP?
A.
ONLY USE RV SAFE TOILET PAPER. NO BABY WIPES. NO PAPER TOWELS.
I can not stress this enough, if you return the camper with out the septic system 100% empty and we have to go drain and unclog it your $500 deposit will NOT be returned and any additional maintenance fees required to fix the system will be charged to you.
Please ask questions if you are unsure, this is the #1 problem people run in to when checking out of the camper after a trip.
