• Please let us know if you have small children or the elderly in your party so we can give instructions on adjusting the hot water to prevent accidental scalding.
• Please remove all trash before pick up and place all used linens on the living room floor.
• Please remove all perishable items from both fridges.
• Please be sure to clean the flat top grill in the outside kitchen if you use it.
• Please do not attempt to cook on top of the stove with the glass in the lowered position. This will cause breakage, and you will be charged for the replacement.
• There is absolutely NO SMOKING permitted. If there is smoke detected in the camper, we will have to use a machine to get the smoke out due to health issues. This will result in an additional fee to remove the smoke.
• This camper is not animal-friendly; if there is evidence of animals found, there will be an additional cleaning fee added to your stay for the extra cleaning and sanitizing.
