At 32 feet, this travel trailer is about as big as you can get with a standard ball hitch. Spacious kitchen with solid surface countertops, high rise faucets, large stainless steel sink with, and an 8 cubic foot gas/electric refrigerator. Full linoleum on the main floor with carpet in slide outs. The Crossflow windows open on both sides to allow for cool fresh air, and AC will keep you cool in the summer. Master Suite includes a full size residential queen bed (60”x80”), full length dual wardrobes with integrated lighting and USB charging, lots of storage with full power access. Two entrances, allows direct access to the bathroom from the outside.
Towels and linen are included. Does include kitchen/cooking supply’s or utensils (but not all) 4 camping chairs and 1 camp table included. If you are able to connect to Wi-Fi, you can watch any of your favorite streaming services on our smart TV. Perfect for the whole family. Pets are allowed ($30 fee) but must be supervised. If left alone they must be kept in an enclosure or pen. We simply ask that you clean all hair left by your pet as not all of our renters are "Pet People" and may be allergic to dog or cat hair. If excessive cleaning is required due to your pet, there will be an additional $200.00 withheld from your security deposit. We DO NOT allow "Dry Camping". All rentals must be at a location that has a "Full Hookup" site. This means a stable power source, water source, and sewer drain. Absolutely NO Generators. If your site doesn't have a sewer drain, the RV park or Campground Must at least have a dumping station for the Grey and Black tanks.
Before returning the camper, you are required to empty the Grey and Black tanks. $100.00 fee for dumping and flushing the Grey and Black tanks. $70.00 fee if you do not return the propane full. Available for delivery and pickup only Saturdays and Sundays.What's included4 camping chairs
