Enjoy this Tiny Camper everything you need for your family adventure. This trailer is great for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small kids. This trailer is ready to go to anyone wanting to have a fun get away and enjoy camping with the perks of security and comfort of home.To enjoy this type of camper best book full hook up sites to enjoy its hot shower, functioning toilet, air conditioner, heater, and television. This camper is fully stocked ready for the beginning camper.. We do require that our trailer has been completely dumped of sewage prior to return or fee will be added. Having it fully cleaned to state it was rented on return also required or fee will be added. All damage done to RV will be claimed to your insurance if larger than security deposit, please be cautious and gentle with the Tiny Trailer. What's includedOur Tiny Trailer has an upgraded mattress for a restful night. We have a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pan, dishes, and utensils. We have a couple camping chairs and outdoor rug to lay down and avoid all that nature from entering the trailer. The Tiny Trailer has a full Shower/Tiny Tub combo great for washing those little ones.Please Bring Your Own Propane Tank as to ensure you have your own full tank.We have generator ON REQUEST but needs to be put into a truck bed as it will NOT fit into the trailer without damage. RecommendationsThe best way to enjoy this trailer is with full hook up camping sites, electric, water, and sewer as it it tiny and it’s reserves are very small and do not last long.
Check out Washington.goingtocamp.com and list your dates and requirements and you can find open parks with those types of hook ups. I love Sunlakes or Steamboat State parks personally. There are lots of KOA’s to check out that have full hook ups and tons of activities for the kiddos to enjoy all over the state. Other things to noteWe except that the Tiny Trailer is respected and not damaged while you enjoy your trip. All damage will be submitted to your insurance if larger than deposit. Trailers are expensive to fix even the smallest of things so take care.Propane Tank must be provided by yourself so to ensure a full tank for yourself.The Tiny Trailer must be WASTE DUMPED prior to return or $250 fee will be added from deposit.The Tiny Trailer must be Cleaned and Organized as it was rented to you or a fee will be added starting at $50 going up as needed for size of mess, taken from you security deposit.No smoking or any type including vaping to keep our trailer allergy and infant safe.No Pets as we like to honestly say our trailer is allergy safe for our guests.When using facilities nothing but RV SPECIFIC toilet paper can go into the septic tank.When pouring hot water down drain run the cold water faucet to not melt seals.Please keep muddy, sandy, dusty shoes out of the trailer to keep the floors safe.Avoid excessive sand and dirt down the shower drain to help tanks.Our Tiny Trailer is your Tiny Trailer so please take care and enjoy!

Everything worked as described and Amy even got the fridge fixed which was nice. I can't comment on the plumbing as we never used it but looked like it was all in order. Some minor issues but they didn't effect usage of the RV at all. Nothing terribly surprising for an RV that isn't brand new.
