Includes an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, charcoal mini grill, lawn chairs, coffee pot and a retractable awning. We are open for longer term rentals if your family wants to spend an extended time on the road. We could possibly entertain winter rental.What's includedCoffee pot, clean linens provided on each bed, extra blankets in closet. Clean bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths. All washed before each use. Charcoal mini grill, lawn chairs, sewer and water lines in front cubby. Smart tv so you can connect to a hot spot and watch your favorite streaming services. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Hitch is included however your truck needs a gooseneck accessible port for the hitch.RecommendationsWe’ve only used this trailer once for only a couple days.
