Vista: 2020 Freightliner / Mercedes Benz Sprinter

Best way to see the PNW! Vista was perfectly comfortable for our 9 day roadtrip. Cooked all of our meals out of it. Van drove nice & had everything we needed throughout the trip. So nice to have all of the cooking equipment that it does. Fresh waffles!? Yes! Fresh coffee?! Yes! Will definitely rent again.

Paul is a great host, very good about communication which is nice. The van is very comfortable though the bed is short. There's a way around that but it's a bit cumbersome. Well stocked and very clean. We really enjoyed the fact that we could have the butane stove outside on the picnic table. We arrived at our wooded campsite around 5 on Thursday and left around 1 on Sunday. We didn't drive the van at all during that time. We mostly used flashlights for lighting as I was concerned about the fridge continuing to work. The temperature was probably in the low 70's. When we left the battery showed 19% left. Vista was easy to drive, no problems with wind. Our only concern would be to find 100% diesel as most places seem to have B10 or B20 which isn't proper for this vehicle. We would definitely rent from Paul again. :-)

Vehicle ran perfectly, and had all the fixings of home. Very tastefully designed and communication was excellent.

Everything about this experience was outstanding. I originally scheduled for summer 2024, but when my mother's heath required that I care for her, both Outdoorsy and Paul, Vista's owner, were accommodating, allowing us a year's grace period for the trip. Further, Paul was great at communicating, answering questions and returning messages within 24 hours, and usually by the close of the business day. He was patient and professional, and as a novice camper, I felt very comfortable embarking on this new experience. When planning the pick up and drop off times, Paul was flexible and understanding, and he was available by phone should we have questions while we were on our trip. The van was immaculate and very well appointed. There was literally nothing we needed to bring from can openers to camp chairs. It drove well and was extremely comfortable. I cannot recommend Wheatland Vista and Paul highly enough.

This van had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodations for camping in Oregon and California. The magnetic screen door for the van was so convenient and let the cool air flow in while keeping all bugs out. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and super easy to drive. Paul was an amazing host would recommend this van to everyone!

Paul is a great host, easy to communicate with, and very helpful/responsive. The equipment we used was in great shape and provided everything we needed for the trip.
