5The RV was a perfect setting for our family of 4 plus 2 extra adults for the weekend down for the lemons race in Angleton. The host was super flexible, had everything we needed and communicated great when we couldn’t find a GFCI reset. Thanks Justin!

5My group was extremely impressed with this camper. It was clean and spacious and more than enough space for 4 adults men. The host responded immediately when we had questions about the camper so that made the whole experience better. I 100% will recommended and look forward to renting from this host again.

5Do not listen to the previous reviewer… I did not have any issues with water leaking. The fridge on the out side does work best when the outside kitchen is not on. If you have “mechanical engineer” they can explain that you. Don’t blame that on the owner; blame it on the designer of the RV. Justin was thorough with his instructions and he makes sure you are taken care of throughout your experience.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We understand that every trip is unique, which is why we strive to be as flexible as possible when it comes to pick-up and drop-off times. Whether you're heading out early to catch the sunrise or returning a bit later than planned, we're happy to work with your schedule to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Just let us know your preferred times, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Level the trailer before using slide-outs. Use wheel chocks for safety. Don’t run multiple high-power appliances at once. Use the water pump only when not hooked to city water. Watch tank levels and dump before full. Go slow when driving or setting up. When in doubt, ask—we’re always here to help!
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We aim to make setup easy! For electric, plug the power cord into the site’s 30 or 50-amp outlet. For water, connect the hose to the site’s spigot (use the pressure regulator). For sewage, attach the hose to both the trailer and the site's sewer. Leave the grey valve open if staying a while, and only open the black tank when dumping. We’re happy to walk you through it at pickup or delivery!
