Review summary
Responsive to issues, also cancels
Mike was responsive in addressing issues like the refrigerator, hot water, and heat, and provided a walkthrough. However, two bookings were canceled last-minute, and pre-rental information was sometimes misleading.
Inconsistent features, uncomfortable main bed
The RV had good AC and popular bunks, and was sometimes clean. However, the main bed was like plywood, and critical appliances (refrigerator, hot water, range, heat) frequently malfunctioned.
