Everything that we have provided in our rental is to help you have fun and make memories with your family and friends. We are so excited to share our camper with you.*You will be required to sign a Supplemental Renters agreement before the camper will be left in your possession.*The camper, at any time, shall not be moved from the original drop off location. If this occurs, it will result in a forfeit of your entire deposit.Training: Before the start of your trip, it is required to complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV.

- Return Clean and Tidy: The camper must be returned in the same clean condition as when received. This includes sweeping the floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring all items are returned to their designated spots.
-Empty the Tanks: The black and gray water tanks must be emptied before returning the camper. If the tanks are not emptied, a $50 dumping fee will be charged.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the camper. If smoking is detected, you will forfeit your deposit.
-Damages or loss: Renters are responsible for any damages or loss that occurs during their rental period. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the renter for repair costs.
-No Harsh Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning products, or substances (such as glitter, silly string, hair dye, hair spray, aerosol deodorant, or nail polish) inside the camper. These can cause permanent damage, and if found, you will forfeit your deposit.
-Proper Use of Appliances: All appliances and equipment (stove, refrigerator, air conditioning, heater, etc.) must be used properly and safely. Any misuse or damage caused by improper use will result in additional fees.
-Return with Full propane The camper must be returned with a full tanks of propane If the propane is not full, the cost of refueling will be deducted from your deposit, along with a $25 service charge.
-Renters Must be 25 or Older: Renters must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license to rent the camper.
-Report Issues Immediately: If any issues arise with the camper during your rental period (breakdowns, mechanical issues, or damage), contact us immediately so we can address the problem.
-Deposit Forfeiture: If any of the above rules are violated or damage occurs due to negligence or improper use, the entire security deposit may be forfeited.
