coffee pot and cups, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, board games, camp chairs and outdoor rug. Many other items may be included. We try to provide everything that you could possibly need to provide a stress-free camping experience. Feel free to reach out to see if we have what you need before packing.Safety features: LP leak alarm, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide Detector, and a 1st Aid Kit.Camper is completely sanitized and cleaned with the use of antibacterial agents and an Industrial Ozone Generator 10,000 mg/h High Capacity Air Purifier. All linens, towels, and wash cloths are washed and dried on the highest settings.RecommendationsWe recommend camping at many of our local and state parks:
Fort Clinch, Anastasia Island, and Hannah Park are some of the best campgrounds you'll enjoy around our area with great beaches and trails.You must have your own campsite reservations, this booking is only for the camper. It is highly recommended that you do so before booking the RV. Please be sure the site will accommodate a 29 foot Travel Trailer with a slide and has minimum 30 amp electric hookup. Site must also have full sewer hook up.Please note our camper is for delivery only. We will deliver and set up at the campsite of your choice.If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Other things to note-The RV toilet paper we provide is the ONLY thing that should be flushed down the toilet.-$100 dumping fee if the black tank is not dumped, and no discussion prior to rental regarding an inability to dump.-Awning should only be used when you are present and the weather is nice. Please close the awning when leaving. Sudden strong wind and/or storms can quickly destroy the awning.-Our kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We just ask you cook outside and use the stove only for boiling water or cooking eggs.- NO SMOKING or VAPING- We have a zero tolerance policy on smoking or vaping in or just outside of the camper (it may creep into the unit). You will loose your entire security deposit if you smoke in the camper.- NO PETS - SEVERE ALLERGY - Pets will ultimately destroy our camper and experiences we intend with it. You will loose your entire security deposit if there are pets or signs of pets in the camper.-Please return the camper in the same clean condition that you received it to avoid a cleaning fee. We ask that you clean any excessive things that might occur like spills, accidents, or excessive dirt tracking in. A laundry bag is provided for you to place all sheets and towels in after your visit.
