The awning must be retracted during rain, wind, or when unattended. Wind damage to awnings is not covered by insurance and will be the renter’s responsibility.
No Climbing on the Roof
For safety reasons, guests are not permitted on the roof.

Camper must be returned clean, with dishes washed, trash removed, personal items cleared out and both gray and black water tanks emptied. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
