Electrically operated landing gear, dual rear stabilizer jacks, amber colored courtesy light outside of door, 24 square feet of under-coach storage and individually locking under-coach compartments. Driver-side awning.Interior equipment:
Ice cold Air conditioning and furnace with 2-40 lb propane tanks. Kitchen includes a dual basin sink, three range stove, microwave, and 2-way refrigerator/freezer. The living area features two rear recliners and a jack-knife sofa and dinette that is contained in the large slide out that almost doubles the living area. TV with cable and am/fm cd unit with overhead speakers set the atmosphere for entertaining or relaxation. The bathroom has a toilet with a separate tub/shower and 12v fan/ceiling vent combo. The master bedroom has an "rv queen" sized mattress (wider than a queen-size bed but shorter in length than a full-size bed) as well as a sink and vanity area. Cabinets and overhead storage throughout the coach. All windows have screens and workable blinds allowing the renter to use air conditioning or enjoy the outside air without mosquitos or bugs.The length of the coach is 29' making it maneuverable for towing. The overall length allows this RV to fit in all campgrounds without selecting a "pull-through" site. 30 amp electrical capability powers all appliances eliminating the need to purchase more expensive 50-amp sites at campgrounds and widens campsite selectivity. When electricity is not available, the furnace and refrigerator can be powered by LP gas while the interior is illuminated by the onboard marine battery (new battery for 2017). Recently inspected brakes and LP sensor add to the safety of this coach. All-new tires for 2017. At only 6380 lbs, this fifth wheel is substantially lighter than competitors and allows for 3620 lbs of additional cargo. Despite the slightly faded exterior decals and a small tear above the interior slide wall, this RV is in surprisingly good condition for the year. Everything is in working order. Professionally cleaned after every rental period.
