Dixie is an extremely clean, easy to drive, family friendly class C RV. Once the slides are out you will have plenty of space for the whole family! She features a double sized bunk above the cab with room for 2 kiddos. The dinette converts into another sleeping space. Don't forget the private, queen sized bed in the master bedroom. Abundant storage both inside and underneath the RV will allow for plenty of room for everyone's things.When you are ready to relax, the double reclining sofa is a great place to put up your feet.Dixie has 2 TV's, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and so much more. She is equipped with basic kitchen necessities including pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. What's includedDue to Covid restrictions and protocols, renters will need to bring their own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, wash rags, and hand towels.Other things to noteNo smoking or vaping is allowed inside the RV. No pets allowed. No climbing on the roof of the RV. **No towing.**The Motor Home will be rented out with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas. No drivers under the age of 25 years old, and no drivers who are not approved by Outdoorsy. Black and Gray tanks must be dumped, along with all trash to avoid a fee. RV should be returned clean inside and outside to avoid a cleaning fee. Fees concerning excessive wear and tear on the RV, including staining of seats, bedding, etc. will be deducted from the deposit amount accordingly. Propane tank will be full at time of rental, and must be returned full to avoid fees.

We will do our best to be flexible with pick up and drop off. We do work during the week which limits our availability to evening hours. Usually weekends can be more flexible.
