We are booking fast for summer so I recommend locking in your dates sooner than later.This is a brand-new camper and sleeps 5.There are no surprise fees. This is our fee list:-$119 per night-$60.00 one-time cleaning fee and restock fee. This covers any restocking we have to do including propane.Here is a full description:This brand new, clean and cozy travel trailer is the perfect size for families and couples seeking a fun-filled getaway. At just 21 feet long and weighing only 3,600 pounds, it's easy to tow and maneuver. The Keystone Hideout 175BH features a queen bed and bunk beds, sleeping up to 5 people comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, and there's plenty of storage space for all your camping essentials. The dinette can be converted into a bed for additional sleeping space.There is not a generator, but we do have a solar panel that will keep the batteries charged. You can run everything off the batteries except the outlets.
