Rules and policies
Renter must produce valid driver's license and allow host to take a picture to attach to rental agreement and walk-through checklist prior to departure. Failure to produce license for host records will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Gas and propane will be filled at time of departure, renter must bring RV back with both Gas and propane filled. Difference in filling will be deducted from deposit.
• Mileage and generator usage outside of the free allotment will be calculated at time of return. Overage will be deducted from deposit.
• Renters that bring pets that are not disclosed at time of rental but attend trip will be charged the additional cleaning fee of $75.
• Any missing or broken included amenities will be identified during return check and deducted from deposit.
• Bedding, linens, and towels are all provided free of charge to the renter. Please let us know how many people or beds are being utilized so we can supply what's needed so you have more storage options in the RV, however, if you would like all 8 sets regardless of usage, we are happy to supply all as well.
• Smoking outside of the RV is allowed, but any smoke smell inside the RV will result in $500 of deposit to be deducted upon return. Please close the door to the RV when enjoying camp fires to avoid a smoke smell in the RV.
• Trip extensions must be discussed with host 24 hours minimum prior to trip end date due to same day bookings and prep time for our next renter. Return of RV past the agreed upon arrival time greater than 1 hour will result in 100% of deposit being forfeit unless discussed with host 24 hours in advance. Please communicate with us for late returns and we are happy to work with you to avoid any fees.
• We will accommodate almost any request, please reach out to discuss prior to the need and happy to help! Work with us and we will work with you to make sure your trip is enjoyable!
