This can help when planning your arrival and departure.Our units are cleaned inside and outside to make sure each renter receives the best cleanliness as possible. After all, not everyone cleans the same. With that said in readings RVshares description of what cleaning means, all owners have the right to evaluate and assess their own cleaning fees. All motorhomes require time for cleaning. Cleaning inside and careful pressure cleaning on the outside (as to not tear into the decals) and we don't expect anyone coming back from a vacation to leave a unit as clean as the next renter deserves it. Our cleaning fees are always added at return, even though renters are expected not to return the units trashed. We really appreciate the understanding to this matter and I am sure renters would appreciate receiving a professionally cleaned unit.Camping whats the Twist !!

4.0My experience with the Host was outstanding, Jane was very informative and kept in contact throughout the entire time. The one star less review is to Outdoorsy. The cleaning fee and pet fee are not explained correctly when booking, the RV delivery option misleads people and the price to rent was outrageous. It was my first time and never again will I rent an RV with Outdoorsy.

5.0Great RV experience! RV was clean and well equipped, perfect for out trip and easy to handle. Great instructions with explanatory video. Jane is a great host. She communicated very quickly with us and showed us the ropes. It was our first RV experience and would not hesitate to rent from Jane and Eric again!

5.0RV was exactly as described! Jane was great from start to finish. She sent over informational videos for the RV on the front end, walked thru everything at pick up, and was easily reached with any questions we had during our trip. Couldn’t recommend renting from Jane more.
