4.0Arnold was very helpful and friendly. The unit was great and met our expectations for the most part. There was a bit of a tone of “if you break this or damage that it will be extremely expensive. The awning was also not available to use on a very expensive unit. I get the warnings of damaging things and how much it will cost, but it created an anxiety when we used the unit that everything needed to be perfect. It made enjoying the unit less easy.
