Communication was quick and responsive, and the customer service was outstanding. He and his wife even left us with a homemade cake to welcome us! 5.0David was communicative prior to the trip and helpful. Our stay at a local BBQ event went without a hitch and was perfect for what we needed. Roomy shower too, my 6'6 hubby fit in it :) Bed was a medium firmness and more comfortable than most trailer beds and had cozy bedding with extra blankets.
