Our solar powered AWD adventure van delivers nothing but views, from the table to the bed. When we turn over the keys to a renter we are handing over an adventure. Custom built in Salt Lake City, Utah, Van Wilder embraces a modern, yet practical experience with plenty of places to comfortably hang out and soak in the surroundings. Unique to Van Wilder is its ability to comfortably seat and sleep 4 adults and/or kids with its queen mattress and two twin beds! Our 2 person moveable/removable bench seat provides the van with accommodation for 4 safely! Van Wilder is an all inclusive vacation the whole family can enjoy - including your 4 legged friends!The van is a comfortable, smooth drive on or off the beaten path. A backup camera, parking sensors, and blind spot monitor help keep things in check and make parking a breeze.Whether you are a serious adventurer bagging peaks along the Wasatch Front, or trying to enjoy a long weekend parked at a lake with loved ones, our van will serve you well in both form and function.Along with Van Wilder, we offer several amenities that make "roughing it" a little less rough. Let Van Wilder guide you to an adventure of a lifetime.Other things to note- Dogs are most welcome! Our pet fee is $75- Please drive it like it’s your own. This includes staying on paved and groomed gravel/dirt roads.- Optional add on "Outhouse package": camp shower & customized shower curtain, camp toilet with privacy tent, toilet paper, disposable gloves and chemicals included ($100)- Van Wilder does not have air conditioning at camp (when the engine is turned off). There is a ceiling fan and you can open almost all windows. (Rear door windows cannot be opened)- Due to freezing temperatures, running water will be disabled from November through February. During this time, a 7 gallon fresh water tank will be provided. If you anticipate needing more water, we've got you covered! Just let us know and we will include another fresh water tank.- No smoking, vaping, or drug use in Van Wilder.

I'm flexible, like reach and touch my toes flexible, not the splits flexible. Essentially, I will be open as long as there is good communication and no surprises. Reach out and let me know if you're going to be early or late so we can continue to make your trip a dream.

Growing up spending my time in the outdoors of the Northwest and Utah looked a lot different than it does now. My packing had a lot more to do with how much I could fit into my pack and deciding how much weight I wanted to carry for days on end. I would wrestle with how much food to carry and what warm coat would keep me the most toasty but not be too heavy. Now, things are more focused on what will make my family comfortable and allow us to spend the most quality time together. We've been bumper pull trailer owners for years and now our trailer spends the summers sitting in a pristine mountain property in the Manti-La Sal Mountain range at 9000 ft. Because we leave it at our property that we informally refer to as Mountain Top, we no longer had the ability to up and leave somewhere on a spur of the moment camping trip. So, that's where Van Wilder came about. We purchased it to allow our amazing little family to build incredible memories together. We used to find ourselves dreaming of lakeside campsites in the Tetons, beachfront KOAs in Southern California, and sleeping under red rock arches in Moab. Well, with Van Wilder in our life, we no longer have to dream it, we do it!! We want nothing more than to help turn your dream vacation in the great outdoors a reality.
