Cute little camper with full climate control, king size bed, indoor kitchenette, dinette, and lots of accessories! Easy to tow! Pet friendly! **Highly rated**--This is our second year renting our RV but we a new to this platform.For a fun weekend getaway or an extended road trip, this "little guy" is up to the task. Maintain a comfortable temperature with the Cool Cat heat pump. Also equipped with a small water tank, gas range, and 12 volt fridge and ventilation fan so you can even go off-grid. Please let us know if you plan on dry camping so we can sanitize the water tank and ensure the battery is fully charged.Camper is loaded with fun accessories once you reach your destination! We have an easy-to-set-up large canopy which provides extra living/dining area, a smaller canopy for quick stops, a Velcro screen door, coffee maker, vacuum, TV/DVD/Radio, and larger ground step for safe and easy entry/exit. The dinette folds away to convert the twin bed to a king size but will function as a twin with the dinette assembled. There's also a wardrobe and lots of extra storage take along your own gear.Setup is a breeze! We provide linens, dishes and cookware. We'll walk you through the hitch and setup process and provide a checklist so you don't miss a beat!Weighs just under 1500 pounds. Small enough to be towed by a mid-sized crossover, minivan or small SUV. We pull it with a Mazda5 - make sure to verify your vehicle tow rating. For peace of mind, this trailer is equipped with mechanical (surge) brakes that do not require a brake controller.Note: Due to my work schedule, weekday pickups must be completed before 7am or after 4pm.What's includedFresh linens, basic cookware, flatware are provided. Camp chairs provided upon request. Everything you need to hook up to a standard water/electric site is included. Can be prepped for dry camping if requested. RecommendationsVirginia has a lot to offer from the blue ridge to the tidewater area. This camper has been up and down the east coast and all the way to the Pacific ocean!Other things to notePets are permitted with a one time cleaning fee: 1-4 nights ($50), 5+ nights ($100). Please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing your fur baby! No smoking in camper. Any evidence of smoking or unauthorized pets will result in a $100 cleaning fee.Pick-up/return timing - Weekday pickups must be completed by 7am or after 4pm due our work schedules. Weekday pickups during work hours cannot be guaranteed. Similarly, weekday drop offs must be after 4pm. Pickup/return times are much more flexible on the weekends.Towing - 2 inch ball - Hitch height must be 12-14 inches at the bottom of the ball. Most trucks will need at least a slight drop. Trailer must be level when towed because the spare tire is mounted under the rear of the camper (see pictures in listing). Renter is responsible for arriving with the proper equipment.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
4pm is the standard pickup/drop off time Monday-Friday. Pickups during the day cannot be guaranteed during the work week but we try to accommodate early morning pickups (no later than 7am) and occasionally around lunchtime. Weekends are much more flexible. Early drop offs (before 4pm) are usually okay as long as we go over the procedure in advance. Just reach out before booking to see what we can do!
