The Cozy Old Timer is the perfect for guests who don’t want or need all the luxuries of newer campers but still want the experience of camping!!This rental is 30 Ft. Long and accommodates up to 9 guests. It features 2-3 bunk beds, queen bed, smart tv, CD player and bluetooth speaker.It will be packed with goodies for your family to enjoy! I take special requests for any items (dish soaps, bathroom necessities, games, balloons, etc.) you would like upon your arrival. Leave all your extras as home! Sheets, towels, hot cocoa, tea, coffee, etc are all available for you!What IS Provided IN Every Rental:
Keurig, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, outdoor grill with propane tanks and 6 foot table, outdoor mat, lights around awning, cleaning products, etc.*Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs.*Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. Hi, I’m Kimberly Witten, proud wife to an amazing husband and mom to four adventurous kids, ages 17, 7, 5, and 2! Our family has always shared a love for camping, exploring the great outdoors, and creating memories around the campfire. In 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, we turned that passion into Kim’s Cozy Campers.
