This is a brand new unit, Speakers inside and out. Looks like a little home inside, very clean! Sleeps 8 comfortably. Has one large slide out. LED lights through out whole trailer, everything is a electric and can be used with a remote such as the jacks, slide out. Awning and lights for easy setup! Comes with tables, chairs, shampoo, soap etc. also has outside shower. Can be towed with a half ton truck no problem. Will deliver/pickup for a fee depending on where you need it. If dry camping where there are no hookups there will be a $40 waste disposal fee for black/grey

Do not rent his trailer, he will accuse you all kind of issues after he took the trailer home.
He did not provide sewage line long enough to reach sewer. Did not provide propane. Now he is filing claims against us.
