Booking with Nathan, Ian, and their team was fantastic. They were great at communicating, met with us at the perfect time at the perfect place and helped with so much for our big trip! I would highly recommend them and use them again! Thank you for everything!!

Picking up the RV was very easy and driving and sleeping aspects were perfect. However, something must have been wrong with the drains in both the bathroom and kitchen because every time we even barely used either, there was a terrible smell emitted throughout the entire RV (this happened the first hour we were on it through the last hour). We ended up covering the sinks and then smell went away, but we couldn’t use them (or the shower) without the smell infiltrating the entire RV.

It was a great experience thanks plan on using you in future adventures.

The A/c & heater worked very well! The beds were surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely rent from Mountain West again.

It was great to rent an RV from Mountain West. We had previously rented from a national RV company, and found the experience with Nate at Mountain West, much more personal and the quality of the vehicle significantly higher. All in all a great experience and a company I would happily recommend.
