Readily available with turn key set-up and breakdown. Let us make your next adventure a memorable one! What's includedFlat screen tv w/ dvd player, indoor/outdoor stereo, full interior kitchen, fresh bedding, toilet paper, kitchen essentials (to include pots, pans, serving utensils, serving platters, paper towels, dish soap and sponges), small outdoor refrigerator, outdoor single burner stove, awning with outdoor lighting, extra essentials in outdoor storage (to include rugs, outdoor carpet, extension cords, 4 camping chairs, extra water hose, towel rack, wasp and ant spray), generator, 30 to 50 amp adapter with surge protector, 36-gallon portable tote tankRecommendationsPlease bring your own towels and washcloths, as these are not provided. Linens and blankets will be provided for fold-out bedding, but you will need to bring additional pillows. Other things to noteNO pets, NO smoking. Please report all damages at the time of checkout. If you notice anything when first arriving, please notify the owner. All linens should be removed from beds and left in a pile on the bed in the Master bedroom. We request that you please treat our camper as if it were your own. Any damages to the camper will be withheld from the security deposit. Any additional cleaning needed above normal usage will result in an additional cleaning fee that will also be withheld from the security deposit. Please make sure all food is securely sealed and stored properly to prevent pests in and around the camper.Unfortunately, due to insurance constraints, this camper is only available for Deliver.
