Review summary
Highly communicative and flexible
Sarah is praised for excellent communication, responsiveness, flexibility with pickup/drop-off, and providing organized instructions. However, renters note issues with unclear or unexpected cleaning fee policies.
Smooth driving, ran great
The RV is spacious with slide-outs, a reliable generator, working AC, hot water, and a leveling feature. It's well-equipped for families, though some noted wear and tear and uncomfortable beds/couches.
