Private master with queen bed in the front, rear full size bunks and bathroom, dinette table and sofa both convert to extra sleeping areas. Smart TV in the living area (we bring a hotspot or connect to our phone for streaming or some parks have wifi). Couch has built in cup holders that also have USB charging ports. Built in exterior awning lights great for those dark camping nights.Local delivery may be a possibility, message me with an inquiry.What's includedWill supply 4 camping chairs upon request, bath and kitchen towels, bedding for queen provided, please pack as much bedding as you'll need for all other sleeping areas. Keurig, limited pots/pans (please let me know if you plan on doing much indoor cooking and we can plan ahead to supply more if needed). Basic kitchen utensils, wine opener, toaster. We have few games and deck of cards on board as well. Curious if we have something not listed above? Shoot me a message!Must return with black and gray water tanks emptied and propane refilled (if any is used). Propane only needed to run heater (not AC that is electric) or if stovetop/oven is used. We find we use very minimal propane if any while camping. Other things to noteThe prep fee includes preparing the trailer for travel, cleaning, fresh linens etc. Please leave trailer in as close as possible to the condition as you received ie: please clean any excessive messes made and remove all trash upon departure. We do not expect you to deep clean but please return tidy. If excessive cleaning is required upon return you will be subject to a fee. Absolutely no smoking.Local delivery may be possible.
