Please keep in mind the interior height is 6’1”. It comes with an RV Queen bed. It also has a dinette conversion bed, for a young child. This trailer has a shower/tub combo, which is great if you have a little one. It also has a full kitchen, heating and air. I also have a backup camera with 5” screen and electronic tongue jack. Dry weight is 2958 lbs. and gross weight is 4200 lbs.What's includedWhat’s included you might ask?? Completely stocked kitchen with basic seasonings, in case you forget something. Although this trailer is not equipped with a built in oven, a toaster oven is available on request. I also have several card games to enjoy with your family. Towels and Linens for both the queen bed, and the dinette conversion are available upon request, which are washed and sanitized after every use. Other items such as camp chairs, table etc are also available.RecommendationsWith high temperatures in Sacramento during the summer, I recommend a visit to the coast or cooler mountain areas. There are so many options for you to explore in this area!Other things to noteJust remember, you are on vacation so you need to rest relax and enjoy your time away. I kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in my trailer, as I and many others are allergic to smoke. Other than that, I hope you enjoy your home away from home for the time that you have her.
