Booked the RV with ease in June, I ordered the RV to be delivered to my location campground. It gave the price for the delivery so I had an accurate price..... September comes, and I realize a couple days before our reservation, I had not heard back from the host. I messaged but no reply, I then seen on her reviews, she had past experiences last month of flaking on people the day of their reservation. I reached out to Outdoorsy, who was unsuccessful on reaching her, so I rushed and booked another RV, then she finally messaged back. So, I was stuck with canceling the new reservation I had booked. Then the morning of the delivery, she messaged it would be an additional $276.00 for delivery. Even after I sent her screenshots of our messages showing the RV would be delivered. RV needs severe work. The floor is completely soft. The floor is so bad in the bathroom, when you sit on the toilet it moves all over the place. Floor is definitely not safe to be renting this RV out. If a large person was to go in it, they would fall thru. Awning doesn't work either, it is tied up with a bungy cord. It of course rained the weekend we had it so we really could have used it. Bedding & RV was clean.

We spent a week on the beautiful southern Oregon coast. A great getaway with family and time to reconnect and relax. Even the weather cooperated! We explored/hiked in the area, visited the Redwoods, and took a jet boat ride in Coos Bay. The trailer was delivered to our campsite at Bullard Beach State Park and was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was the perfect size for two of us and we slept well on the newer mattress. There was an issue with a prior repair to the trailer, but our hosts were quick to respond and address the matter. Well done! Booking with Outdoorsy is fairly simple and straight forward. It would be nice to have the booking process more specific to delivery and eliminate most of the references to a drivable/towable RV.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

You can choose to hook up the RV directly to a water source if you have one. Without a water source, you will need to fill the freshwater tank and use the built-in water pump to supply the RV with water. Sewer goes into a "black" tank for collection, or you can hook up the sewer line to dump the tank when needed. Sink/Shower water drain into a "gray" tank that you empty with the same sewer connection. Without hooking up to a sewer line, you will have light that indicate how full the tanks are.

Q.

What time is Check-In/Out?

A.

We are flexible and will work directly with each guest's specific needs in regard to pick up and drop off times- as most campgrounds have their own rules we also need to follow. To ensure our flexibility, we do not schedule anything for the afternoon of your drop off so that we can accommodate any least minute travel changes. Most state and private campgrounds have a check in time of 2:00 or 4:00pm and a check out time of 12:00 or 1:00pm.

Q.

How does the Murphy Bed work?

A.

NEW MATTRESS 6/2025. We can prep for your stay with the queen bed in the couch position, but the bed will not be made, or you can choose the bed position, made with clean linens and ready to sleep in. PLEASE NOTE: it not an easy task to put the bed into the up position for couch use and usually requires 2 people.

Q.

Do you Deliver? What are the fees?

A.

Delivery involves four total trips for drop‑off and pick‑up, which adds up fast in the Grand Canyon area. A 25‑mile delivery becomes 100 miles of driving, and towing uses 10–12 mpg. Fuel alone can cost $30–$40 locally, and longer trips like Williams or Flagstaff can reach $70–$120. The delivery fee simply covers fuel, time, setup, and pickup so your campsite is ready when you arrive. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions regarding delivery/fees.
