Rules of the Road & Tailgating Policy
Clearance & Driving: This is a high-top RAM 3500 commercial chassis. Watch for low bridges, branches, and drive-thrus. All overhead or exterior body damage is the renter's full financial responsibility.
Off-Roading: Strictly limited to paved or maintained state/national park roads and campsites. Off-roading, trail driving, or rock crawling is strictly prohibited.
Towing & Roof: Towing is prohibited. Accessing the vehicle roof, ladder, or solar/Starlink gear is strictly prohibited.
System Care: Keep the Lithionics battery system above 10% capacity.
Awning Safety: Retract the electric awning immediately during high winds, rain, active tailgating hours, or whenever left unattended. Guests are liable for all awning damage.
Tailgating & Event Rules:
Parking: Must park strictly in designated oversized RV/bus lots. Navigating standard passenger car lots is prohibited. Ensure you buy stadium RV passes in advance.
Grills/Heat: Keep grills, open flames, and charcoal pits at least 15 feet away from the van’s walls and fuel tanks. Do not lean gear against the exterior paint.
Restroom Limit: Bathroom/shower use is strictly for primary booking guests only. System cannot handle party-scale volume. Exceeding tank capacity incurs a $250 fee.
Post-Event Detailing: If tailgating results in interior stains, stadium turf beads, or heavy grime requiring specialized deep scrubbing, a $150 detailing fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
