very spacious 28ft RV with a queen bed, 2 full sized bunk beds, and a table conversion bed. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove top, oven, sink and plenty of counter space. Has 42" tv mounted on a full swivel mount. Beautiful awning spanning entire length of RV with outdoor lights and speakers. Outdoor back compartment features mini fridge and a pull out table. Roof AC unit with temp control. Multiple vents to distribute air throughout all RV or just through the main unit in middle of cabin. Porcelain toilet with plastic seat, indoor and outdoor shower capabilities.What's includedFresh linens, lawn chairs, drink ware, plates, bowls, utensils, dish soap, generator (if needed)Other things to noteAbsolutely NO SMOKING
