Might I present the lean, mean, pristine! Off-grid or RV park, this RV is ready for your adventure! 36 feet of livable space, full bunkhouse and outdoor kitchen/entertainment system. Queen bed in master. Comfortably fits a family of 6 without breaking down anything! This unit has dual air conditioners to keep you cool in the summer heat (to run both, you’ll need a 50A service from a large generator or shore power). There are two entrances. One for the private restroom and one as the main entry/exit. The bunkhouse is isolated by a wood door (not curtains) so it allows a bit more privacy. Each room has it's own closet space and extra storage if needed. This RV has 40 gallon fresh water, 32 gallon black water and 32 gallon grey water capacities with a 6 gallon capacity hot water tank. There is an outdoor shower tucked between the pop-outs (please bring a curtain if you'd like more than 3-sided privacy. There are two tv's, one large in the living room area and one smaller in the outdoor entertainment area. The entertainment area includes a sink, stove, mini-fridge, stereo, cabinet space and tv (as previously mentioned). There's a large rack on the back of the camper for generator, bbq, bicycles, kayaks, etc. The manufacturer does recommend a 3/4 ton or larger pickup but I do offer towing and actually prefer it! Towing comes with Full Setup, walkthrough with everything being functional at your chosen location! If your location exceeds my specified transport radius, please reach out to me! We’re totally flexible and will work with you the best we can!What's includedSanitary sheets and pillows are provided for the three bunks, the fold-out couch in the bunkhouse and the queen master bed.The queen master also includes a comforter. Please bring sleeping bags or blankets for the kiddos.6-foot fold-out table for exterior use is included.Utensils for cooking and eating. Also, paper towels, plastic ware and plastic cups. We want you to be able to essentially bring your food and the rest is in the rv for you!Propane, initial water tank fill with air bleed (so you have a truly full rv) and rv dump upon return. You’re in charge of the interim rv dumps while out on vacation of course).Movies if weather turns for the worse 🙃.Card games, board games and misc. outdoor games are included.RecommendationsPonderosa State park in McCall is wonderful, Lake Cascade State park in Cascade/Donnelly is wonderful, Water’s Edge in Cascade is beautiful, 1000 Springs Resort and nearby is wonderful!Other things to noteDual A/C’s require 50A service. The single main A/C provides plenty of cool until it hits more than 90 degrees and you are in the sun.Dual (gas & electric) hot water heaters available if you have shore or generator power.To reiterate, the sewer dump is included in the prep fee. I have to do it between each rental to verify things have been properly cleaned out so I might as well dump it for you 🤣💩.
