Buck answered all of our questions before booking. he was very accommodating with the drop off time. communication was incredible. he responded immediately to any question we had. when we had an issue unlocking the camper, he responded before i could even put my phone down. turns out it was user error anyway. the camper was clean and everything included in the listing was present and functional. we rent a camper for thanksgiving every year and this was our best rental experience yet. thanks, Buck!
