Enjoy the great outdoors in this eco-friendly, easy to navigate, open floorplan motorhome! Bring your family around the U-shaped dinette to enjoy dinner while watching a movie, have a picnic or roast s'mores while relaxing under the 16' power awning, or head to the large outdoor storage area to grab your hiking, biking, and/or fishing gear to enjoy a grand adventure! When you return, enjoy a full bath area to freshen up and three sleeping areas to choose from to rest up before your next adventure! This versatile RV comes complete with bucket storage for ice and drinks, an outside TV, and of course enough storage to pack your chairs, folding tables, food and drinks! Stainless steel refrigerator, oven with gas stovetop, sink, easy-to-clean flooring, a built in generator and propane tank make this a convenient and classy home away from home! What's includedCamping starter kit that includes blackstone griddle (connects to external propane), toilet paper, paper plates, napkins, utensils, cups, Kuerig with coffee, trash bags, paper towels, and sewer sanitation pods! Recommendations• If traveling within North Carolina, we highly recommend sightseeing in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park for the western side of the state, Hanging Rock/Pilot Mountain for hiking and waterfall viewing related to the central part of the state and sightseeing near the Outerbanks for our coastal region!Other things to notePlease provide your own bed linens, towels, camping gear, toiletries, etc! No smoking in our home on wheels, please!:)If using the hot water heater for sink and showers, please be aware that it comes out scalding hot. Also note that the hot water heater requires the propane tank to be on a long with the water heater switch inside the RV. It takes roughly 10 minutes for the water to heat up.

My family and I love the great outdoors! With our two kids in tow, we camp, hike, and fish often. Some of our favorite memories we've made have been in our RV, traveling to multiple state parks around the country. There is nothing like exploring with family, especially in our home on wheels!

We had a fantastic trip in Edwin and Cassia's RV. They were thoughtful and accommodating hosts, equipping the RV with Keurig supplies, paper products and disposable utensils, and a special treat for our son's birthday. Their clear, responsive communication was much appreciated. The RV itself was perfect for our group (two adults, two children). The comfortable queen bed delivered multiple nights of 8+ hours of sleep, and our boys utilized both the overhead and dinette beds (switching each night). At age 11, they found the overhead bed too small for both of them. Perhaps most importantly, this RV is easy to drive and set-up at camp. We moved around quite a bit and could set up electricity, water, and propane/heat in minutes. As first timers, this trip was a huge success for us (saying a lot since it poured rain every day).

Edwin’s answer

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Water: You can use a potable water hose to connect the RV's water inlet to a designated water hookup, ensuring the water is safe for drinking. Electricity: RVs can be connected to electricity at a campsite using either 30-amp electrical system hook up. Sewer: The sewer hose is attached to the RV's waste water outlet and then connected to the sewer hookup at the campsite, allowing for the proper disposal of gray water (from sinks and showers) and black water (from the toilet).

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Our Class C RV is an exceptional rig when it comes to easily navigating the roadways and maneuverability around the campgrounds!
