3.0The camper we had a reservation for was not able to be delivered due to being in the shop. We were notified the evening before our trip. We were charged the same fee for a similar camper. This replacement camper was subpar compared to what we had reserved and a bit smaller . Sleeping arrangements were not as comfortable as the previous rental. Plus side everything was in order with delivery set up etc.

4.0A few things were missing that I would have assumed would be included. Trash can, a mat for outside the camper. Was not able to get any channels on the tv. No indoor speakers for the radio. Other than that we loved the camper.
