I would not rent from Atiya. During the communication before the trip, Atiya was helpful and quick to reply. However, upon pickup, the trailer was not cleaned well. There were poop streaks in the toilet, which I hadn't opened during pickup and the shower floor was filthy, which I also had not opened the door to during pickup. Despite this, I deep-cleaned the interior before returning it so he couldn't claim it was our mess. After cleaning it, I checked the septic tank levels. Black water showed 3/4 full. Gray water showed Empty. We have our own septic system on our property right next to our RV driveway. We own an RV and are hosts here on Outdoorsy, but it's in the shop for repairs, so we had to rent this trailer. We emptied both tanks. The black was first, but only a few drops came out of the "3/4" full tank. The gray was second, but a lot of waste came out of the "Empty" tank. I messaged Atiya that we had done this and that the sensors were incorrect. He still charged us to dump, claiming it had not been done. Because I have hosted and owned RVs for 5 years, I know how to empty the tanks, but he claimed I may have missed pulling the black handle. As an owner and host, I guarantee that I didn't miss this. We are currently disputing the dump charges through Outdoorsy.
