The compact size makes traveling and towing easy; it can be towed by most vehicles. This camper is perfect for a couple or a small family, as it can sleep 3-5 people comfortably.This pop up does not feature heat or air conditioning, however it can absolutely accommodate the use of fans or a heater, as it has electrical hook up capabilities. There is not a running water hookup in this camper - a portable camping sink is recommended and makes life at the campsite much easier!What's includedExtras we include ( Free with rental )- leveling blocks, stabilizers and wheel chocks

We have camped comfortably in the late fall with the use of a small space heater as well as in the summer time with a fan.
Please note to avoid using a space heater for excessive amounts of time.We decided on taking Rochelle cross country this fall to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons for her first long distance trip!Other things to notePlease remember, this camper is older. To help retain its condition we ask that it may not be used for tailgating or festivals.Absolutely no smoking in the camper.Please refrain from using the space heater for more than an hour at a time in this camper as it heats up quickly.Although we are a pet friendly camper, we ask not to bring more than 1 fur baby (30lbs or under) This is a small camper!Allow for 20-30 minutes at pickup and drop off for instructions and inspections, respectfully.
