This brand new 2021 Keystone Springdale is perfect for couples, small families, or friends. This little gem provides all the comforts of a larger RV in a shorter, lightweight package, easily towable by 1/2 ton pick-ups or full size SUV’s.What's includedEquipped with a full size bed up front with a 3” memory foam mattress pad and 2 bunks in the rear, it comfortably sleeps 4 with the option to fold out the dinette into another sleeping space. We include a fitted sheet for all sleeping areas for every reservation and a full bedding package for the front bed and bunks are available for $25 (Renter is responsible for supplying their own pillows). There is a 24" LED TV with OTA cable antenna and an HDMI cable to connect your computer or other device.The kitchen includes a full size rv fridge (no mini fridges here!), microwave, sink and a 2 burner cooktop. It’s stocked with everything you need including paper plates and bowls, paper towels, plastic utensils, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee mugs. Bring your favorite coffee to use with our single cup coffee brewer! Even the bathroom is stocked and ready. Why worry about your toilet paper, towels, shampoo and conditioner when you can spend more time planning your adventures? It’s all there!Moving outside, this unit is equipped with a 10ft power awning with lights providing ample shade for your outdoor space as well as a 5’x8’ patio mat and 2 folding camp chairs.Other things to noteYour tow vehicle must have a 2” receiver hitch rated for 5,000lbs or more, the 2 5/16” tow hitch is provided.Fresh water, grey and black water tanks must all be dumped before returning the camper. If not, we will dump the tanks for a $250 fee that will be removed from your security deposit.Pets are not allowed
