Like New Clean & Practical Trailer, very cozy and beautiful. This trailer gives you the option to choose an office and extra space or bunk bed for 1 teenage child or 2 small children. Dinette also becomes a bed. This is comfortable for 4 people.

This trailer Toes NOT come equipped with a generator. What's includedThe main bedroom is queen size. Second bedroom is good for 2 small children or one teenager.. We have 2 beach chairs, outside rug, table cloth.
Kitchen Items like spoons, forks and knifes for 4 people.
A cutting knife, can opener, and basic cooking spatulas.
It also will have a small dish soap, sponge to clean dishes. Recommendations• We will deliver up to 50 miles Other things to noteIf the trailer is retuned dirtier than received we will change $50 fee,
If the tanks gray and black are not empty we will change $55 to empty them.
Any pet damage will hold the full deposit, till we fix it and know the cost involved including time off the market to have it fixed.
Any tire bloat or flat please make sure you have road side assistance. It's your responsibility.

there is no smoking in the trailer, no climbing on the roof, no mud or wet people inside the kitchen, bedroom and bunk area. We will give you the trailer in clean, sanitized conditions, clean sheets, clean towels and kitchen basics for 4 people. We expect the trailer clean and all items returned. Pets are allowed bu any pet damage will be deducted from the deposit. A $55 Cleaning fee will apply to deposit if trailer not cleaned.

- Prep fee: $85.80. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. We will have cleaned sheets, blankets for main bedroom, 1 pack of RV Toilet paper supplied, dish soap & broom

Ramon was very courteous and accommodating. He allowed us extra time due to our mold test failing during repairs due to Hurricane Ian. He set up and took down the RV and explained how everything worked. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really enjoyed the RV.

Ramon delivered again…perfect clean and working order! The trailer is ready and all set up! AC was set to a nice cold temp! Radio playing and we just had to unpack and start vacation! This is our 2nd time renting from Ramon. He communicates, shares and delivers on time and what is expected! He makes our vacation a true vacation!! We appreciate you! Stress free and vacation perfect!!
