**RV PICKUP & RETURN POLICY** **Scheduled Pickup Time:** 5:30 PM **Scheduled Return Time:** 1:30 PM Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup and return the RV at the agreed-upon time. Pickup and return times are reserved specifically for each guest and allow sufficient time for cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and preparation for the next reservation. **Late Pickup:** If you arrive late for your scheduled pickup, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrival does not extend your rental period or automatically change your scheduled return time. The RV must still be returned by the agreed-upon return time unless an extension has been approved in advance. **Late Return:** A 1-hour grace period is provided for unexpected delays. After the grace period, late-return fees may apply based on the nightly rental rate for your reservation. **Late Return Fees:** * More than 1 hour late and up to 3 hours late: **25% of the nightly rental rate** * More than 3 hours late and up to 6 hours late: **50% of the nightly rental rate** * More than 6 hours late: **100% of the nightly rental rate** * A late return that impacts or delays another reservation may result in additional charges and costs, as permitted under the applicable Outdoorsy policies and rental agreement. Late-return fees are calculated using the nightly rental rate applicable to the reservation and may be subject to any additional fees or charges assessed under Outdoorsy's policies. If you anticipate being late, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to work with you when circumstances allow, but a late return is not considered approved unless confirmed in advance. **IMPORTANT:** The pickup and return times listed on your confirmed Outdoorsy reservation and rental agreement are the official times for your rental. Any extension of the rental period must be approved in advance and may result in additional rental charges.
