This Nano is in excellent condition and very well taken care of. The queen bed has a customized mattress for a better night's sleep! The kids will love the oversized bunks (mine do anyway).What's includedCamper comes supplied with linens, towels, silverware, cookware, pots, pans, plates, coffee pot/filter, toaster, and grilling tools. Delivery, generator, camp chairs, and table-top propane grill available for additional fees.If you need the fridge stocked with perishable items upon delivery/pick up, we can do so for an additional fee.Dump fee will be applied if there is not a sewer hookup at camp site. Discount will be applied if there is a dump station on premise.RecommendationsThere are several state parks within close driving distance, 2 of which I have stayed. Joe Wheeler State Park, JP Coleman State Park, Tishomingo State Park, Piney Grove Recreational Area, Davey Crockett State Park, Loretta Lynn Ranch, McFarland Park, and Henry Horton State Park to name a few! I have delivered to a few more as well as some private camping areas folks have found.Other things to notePets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee and please remember, no smoking in the camper. :)
