Clean camper, 2013 Heartland lynx prowler, bed, bathroom, full kitchen and breakfast table. Fantastic for a weekend getaway or long stay away from homeWhat's includedAside from basic such as AC and heat, hot water, shower, tolit, water/waste hook ups, disposal tanks, gas/electric refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, radio with speakers. You will also get, Wifi capable TV, utensils/cook wear (i.e. plates pots and pans) trash can, laundry hamper and a small 2 person tent. We do not provide linens, towels or pillows. However, the mattress comes with a 1” foam for better sleeping.We have a ball hitch you can borrow as well if needed for a small fee.RecommendationsJorden Lake is one of our favorite parks in north carolina with lakes side camper lots and beautiful trails.Other things to note-No smoking inside the camper ($50 fine for violtaions)
-Do not flush anything except tolit paper down toilet
-Do not leave the country with camper
-Empty all black, grey and fresh water tanks before returning.
-Clean waste hose before putting it back away.
-Notify us imediatly if any damage occurs to camper or if any accidents occur when camper is attached to vehicle.
