Welcome to The Angell — a cozy, modern travel trailer complete with everything you’ll need for your next getaway!The kitchenette features a small sink, a two-burner range and two upper cabinets stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. Silverware and cooking utensils are located in the two drawers below the counter. There are also roasting sticks for marshmallows. There is a small microwave and mini fridge as well. Hand and dish soap will be supplied as well as kitchen towels and cloth napkins. I will provide one roll of paper towels. In an effort to reduce waste, I have provided everything you’ll need for serving food and drinks. If you’d rather use disposable plates, cups, etc., you’ll need to bring those.Gather around the dinette table for meals or games. In the cabinet above the table, you’ll find cards, games and adult coloring books.There is a short queen (60”x75”) size bed at the front. The factory issued queen size teddy bear mat has been upgraded to a memory foam mattress. You may prefer to bring your own sheets, blankets and pillows but bedding can be provided for a small fee upon request. There are two bunk beds in the rear which are best suited for children but they can hold up to 300lbs. If necessary to accommodate your group, the dinette table folds down and converts to a bed that fits one adult or two children pretty comfortably.The bathroom has a toilet and shower. RV&Marine toilet paper is the only kind that may be used in the camper and it will be provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included as well. Bath towels and wash cloths can be provided for a small fee.A small television equipped with a Roku is mounted on the wall at the foot of the queen size bed. You may connect to your own devices with the Hdmi ports. Many campgrounds have WiFi available but if not, you’ll need a hotspot.There is an air conditioner and an electric fireplace; both are very efficient so I’m sure you’ll be quite comfortable. What's includedA small portable grill is located in the exterior storage compartment for outdoor use only. Please bring charcoal if you would like to use it.RecommendationsUnfortunately, I do not yet have camping chairs for my guests to use so if you will be going to a location that will not have picnic tables or any outdoor seating, you will need to bring your own. Other things to noteThere is a refundable security deposit of $800. As long as the camper is returned in good shape, you’ll receive your deposit back in full immediately after inspection upon your return. If there is any damage or missing property, your deposit will be held until the cost of repair or replacement can be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.Pets allowed:
•Well-behaved pets are welcome to come along! Please note there will be an extra cleaning fee to ensure the camper will be suitable for other guests who may have allergies.No smoking inside:
•If the camper is returned smelling of smoke, or there is any evidence that smoking has occurred inside, the cost of cleaning to eliminate the smell will be deducted from the security deposit.Tailgating and festivals:
• Due to the nature of those events, the risk of damage and potential need for more intensive cleaning, the camper is not to be used at stadiums or festival venues.Sufficient towing vehicle required:
•The dry weight (with empty tanks) is just under 3,000lbs but to account for full tanks and all the items and belongings on board, your vehicle must be able to tow at least 5,000lbs. The vehicle must also be equipped with a brake controller. If you do not have a 2 3/4” hitch ball, I have one that you may use for your trip.Delivery and pickup within 50 miles is available:
•If you want the trailer camping experience but don’t have the means to tow, or you’d rather not go through the process of towing and setup, I can handle all that for you and all you have to do is show up ready to relax! The extra cost will depend on mileage and how much of the setup process you’d like done.Mandatory walk-through-
•Just to be sure you are aware of how everything works and everything available to you, I’ll give you the tour and answer any questions you have before you hit the road. I will, of course, be available any time throughout your trip if you have any issues or concerns.
