2020 Forest River Salem FSX, 21' bumper to tongue. Queen size bed with memory foam (very comfy!) and twin bunk beds. The dinette also converts to a bed which would accommodate a small adult or child. Full stand up shower, toilet, large kitchen sink, Propane/Electric refrigerator and freezer, 6 gal. propane hot water heater. 12v deep cycle battery, 2 burner range, power awning, lots of storage, AC, heat, 2 fans, 42 gal fresh water tank, electric brakes (controller required), really nice setup with modern farmhouse finishes.What's includedFolding camp table, cookware, utensils, storage boxes, weight distribution hitch, potable drinking water hose and filters, pressure reducer for city water connection, sewer hose, wheel chocks, have a generator which could be included for an extra fee. Delivery and pickup are available in the Denver Metro area. Renters will need to provide their own brake controller.RecommendationsWe have taken this camper all over Colorado and across the country (Colorado to Maine and back), we love it and hope you will too!Other things to noteWell behaved pets welcome, no smoking, we will consider festivals.
