Camper Rental Rules and Fees
•You must ALWAYS have FUN and make MEMORIES!
•If you are towing, then you must dump and empty the septic before returning. Or pay the fee of $75 to have us take care of it.
•Be sure you do a clean up of the camper before returning.
•Awning Use: ALWAYS retract the awning whenever the camper is unattended, including during sleep.
•Reporting Damage: Report any damage or malfunction (dents, tears, scratches, appliance issues, etc.) to the owner immediately with pictures.
•Towing and Spotting: Always use a spotter when towing and backing up to avoid collisions.
•Roof Access: No climbing on or accessing the roof without written approval from the owner.
•Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping inside the camper. A $250 deodorizing fee will apply if strong odors are detected upon return.
•Pets: Pets require written approval and are not to be left unattended inside camper. $250 fee for excessive pet hair, damage or stains on benches, tables, counters, floor or beds.
•Mattress Protection: Mattress covers are provided to prevent stains.
•$50 fee for staining the mattress cover (no damage to mattress).
•$500 fee for staining the mattress below the cover.

- Prep fee: A$78.00. Inspection, cleaning and sanitizing. This fee will be used cover the cost of inspection, to clean inside and outside of the camper and to wash and sanitize all bedding, towels and kitchen supplies.
