5Great camper. Easy to pull. Fridge is a great feature. Everything worked as designed. AC was nice and worked well on back to back 85 degree days in the sun. Setup and takedown took 20min. Would rent this camper again . Nice design . Brian was really easy to work with. Super timely communication.

• The sum of the cleaning fee is $0 if returned clean or $150 if returned dirty. If the optional toilet is used please make sure to wipe down and disinfect the entire surface before packing up.
• WINTER CAMPING: We love winter camping! Please note that the trailer is winterized from October 30th, 2024 to March 30th 2025meaning water cannot be put into the holding tank.
• Pets are not permitted in the vehicle unless authorized in advance of the rental and PET FEE paid up front. If there is evidence of a pet, you will be subject to a cleaning charge of $150.
• Smoking/vaping is NOT permitted in the trailer. Minimum cleaning fee's are $450 if the trailer was smoked in.
• OUTSIDE BATHROOM. Please understand that the Explore is setup with an OUTSIDE shower / toilet tent. The AC and Heat are on the loud side.
• Bedding is your responsibility. Both tip out beds are close to the size of a full size bed. Each bed have mattress protectors and carrying bags included.
