Mark provided a true 5 star experience (I would rate it higher if I could.) He was kind enough to explain everything, make sure we had everything we needed, and there was always an answer to our questions. This trip really felt like home away from home!

Mark did a great job at preparing our family for the trip. Videos, email and text! RV was perfect for us, 2 adults and teenage son as well stocked. Would rent again and definitely blessed to have rented from such a great family!

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We can be as flexible as you need. Generally the pick-up is 10:00am and the drop-off is 3:00pm. If you have a special circumstance, just let me know and we'll do our best to accommodate it. No problem!

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

The electrical hook-up is one simple cord that pulls out from the side and plugs in at your site. Generally, you're not hooking up water and sewer at your site. Your water tanks will be filled pre-trip and the sewer holding tanks will be empty. At the end of your trip, it's a simple process to empty the tanks and refill the water. You will get this information before departing.

Q.

What is the average miles per gallon when traveling?

A.

We traveled about 4,000 miles during the fall of 2024. The best mpg was 12.5 and the least was 7.5. It depends on your speed, the weather, and terrain. On a flat expressway, traveling 70 mph, we were getting about 8.5-9.0 mpg. On a flat highway, with minimal starting and stopping, and empty water and holding tanks, we could eek out 12.5 mpg. For planning purposes, I would say use 8.5 mpg as an average.

Q.

How far can I go on a tank of gas?

A.

The fuel capacity is 55 gallons. You could probably squeak out 465 miles on a tank, or about 8.5 mpg. We do not recommend that. We would always stop for fuel at about 1/4 tank left, this gives you plenty of leeway for planning. When the fuel gauge is full, plan on stopping at about 325-350 miles.

Hi! We’re Mark and Kelley Devereaux, self-employed real estate investors who love RV travel and the freedom it brings. We originally bought this motorhome to follow our kids’ college sports, and it quickly became one of the best ways our family spends time together. Our daughter Ava plays college volleyball in the Ohio Athletic Conference, and our son Trent is an assistant college football coach in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Fall weekends are filled with road trips, tailgates, and volleyball matches. During the summer, we make the RV available for a few select rentals so others can enjoy the same kind of travel and adventure that we do. In the fall, it’s back on the road with us chasing games and making family memories. We keep the RV clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked so your trip can be easy and enjoyable from the moment you pick it up. Thanks for taking a look—we hope our RV helps you create some great memories of your own.
