Ac and heat worked amazing.. everything inside that is important did as well.. trailer is very inculcated and even in 20* weather the heater had no issues keeping up. Thermostat is dual use and able to set heat at one temp and ac at another.. even the fan at a third setting if need be.. Had singes of a lot of hard use and rental abuse like falling wall paper in the bathroom etc.. minor issues to be expected from a rental.. Had the trailer delivered a day early yo my mother in laws house and it not only arrived promptly but was fully setup with power water and everything else needed when we arrived a day later.. We even had to change the delivery address the week of the delivery and it was not a huge issue although that address was just 6.5 miles away from the previous destination we had booked. The single and only issue was that the power outlets on the top bunk did not work at all.. with kids and devices this could be an issue but realistically for a long term rental trailer this is minor. Didn’t even have a 30amp hookup as we had it parked on my mother in laws front yard with a basic 110v hookup and water from a basic hose and it was more then capable of servicing us for a week long trip. The block water tanks are more then large enough in said conditions to last for a week probably 2 for just lat night bathroom trips for a family of 5 like we had. Trailer is well insulated.. holds temps about 15* warmer then outside temps.. first couple nights we had all the windows open in 20-30* temps and didn’t even use the heater till the am when I turned it on so the kids and wife wouldn’t be cold when getting out from the beds and blankets.. I booked this months ahead of time so I don’t remember if it stated this or not.. but zero bedding is provided with the rental.. you need your own sheets, blankets and pillows. As well as towels.. I had had thought some of this was included but thankfully my mother in law has the bedding covered.. more then likely an oversight on my part I’m sure.. Even though we had a 13yo and 8yo in the bunks they were plenty larger enough for an adult. The under storage is most completely empty which allowed us to store items we needed for transport very easily.. only a few items for basic towing etc took up a little space I the front storage area.. Biggest downfall I can say and it’s not a product of the rental more so the model of what’s being rented.. the bench seat with counter setup in the kitchen is not a good design.. a slide out with a proper 4 person table would be way better however this isn’t an issue if the rental and more so no having been in a trailer if this setup before.. For our use this want an issue as we used it for just sleeping mostly and we had a regular hood with full amenities just 20’ away.. but keep in mind this isn’t one of the very few setups that had a full kitchen in this size and of the ones that do even less have an actual real oven.. Almost full size fridge.. four burner propane stove top and a real though small oven.. plus a microwave.. it will service 99.9% of people with families of 4-6 wo issue. For the cost, prompt return of the deductible and the ability to change locations last minute with the fact that the trailer was more then savage of servicing us and more.. there really isn’t anything not to say good about this experience tbh.. Maybe the most irritating part for my family and not use which was explained upon delivery wa ether due to the holiday trip the trailer may be locked up a day later.. and it was.. but locked up the folllwinf morning wo issue and deposite promptly returned.. Was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again from this person!

Michael was an outstanding host! His communication was awesome, responding to all questions quickly and he proactively reached out to make sure he knew when we were arriving and the specifics to meet our expectations. He delivered the RV to our site and setup with the A/C set before our arrival and even setup a carpet out front. He was incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process easy! Thank you Michael for allowing us to have a great family trip! I would highly recommend you as a Host.

As a first timer renting Michael was great. Answered all my questions and was more than helpful. The trailer was in great shape just a listed with current pictures. I enjoyed my trip and the trailer. I will defiantly be renting from Michael again.

Trip was great, RV was nice and fit our plans well. Easy place for pickup and delivery.
