Rules and policies
—No smoking of any kind or cats. If smoking or cats in the van takes place-a ozone treatment and cleaning free will be applied and charged from the security deposit. —Dogs per approval. $75.00 fee. —No off-roading/rock crawling as the van sits low (generator, batteries, propane and water are under the van.). Gravel roads are ok. —Bathroom waste needs dumped or a $50 fee (it’s easy and you can do it in any bathroom). -Return the van in the same condition you received it or fees may be taken from the security deposit. (cleaning supplies are provided) .

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Very easy to operate. Search “How to Solis”and the video are detailed in explaining.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

There are Solis how to use videos (search “How to Solis” )we will ask to watch to speed up the pickup process and a better experience for the renter. The van is easy to use and operate. We will do our best with work schedules to allow pickup and drop off times as requested.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

No hookups needed! The van has solar which will provide usb and 12v power and a built in generator we rarely need but to run appliances and air conditioning. Also, without power you have a functional bathroom, sink and shower. The van holds about 21 gallons of water that can be run through the sink or the shower (we will fill the water for you if requested, but they gray tank needs emptied upon return).
